The COVID-19 Shipping Update: Week Ending March 27, 2020
To help keep shippers like you up to date, Transportation Impact has compiled a summary of the week’s logistics news related to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. We’ll continue to provide weekly updates as the situation warrants, with more frequent updates through social media on our company LinkedIn page and Twitter (@smallpksavings).
ALL small parcel shippers should be aware that effective earlier this week, both UPS and FedEx suspended their money-back guarantees. This will have a financial impact on companies that audit their carrier invoices for service performance. If you have any questions about how you will be impacted, contact your account representative or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
